Villages in Kos
- Asfendiou-Zia: Asfendiou is located at the side of Mountain Dikios, about 14 km from the Kos City. Zia is a beautiful little village which has green plants and very clearn environment. The inhabitants are also friendly, making it an ideal place for tourists to relax.
- Antimahia: It is a village located about 1 km from the Kos airport. There is a sanctuary built to commemmorate Hercules’s visit to this area.
- Marmari: A beautiful village with beautiful white sandy beaches. A rather place a quiet place to be.
- Pyli: A beautiful village located about 16 km from Kos Town, inhabited by over 1,800 people. It is rich with water due to its two springs.
- Kardamena: It is located about 25 km from the Kos City, and in the ancient time it was inhabited mostly by Christian people.
- Kefalos: One, if not the most beautiful villages in Kos. It is an isolated village and has crystal clear water.
